MONDAY MOTIVATION

The Holiday Weight Loss Challenge contract states that you will drink 8 glasses of water each day.  How are you doing with that goal?

MORE THAN JUST WATER…

Do you get bored with water?  Try adding fresh fruit or lemon juice.  Black coffee and regular tea (no added sugar) also count towards your 8 glasses a day!

HOW DO YOU GET YOUR 8?

We asked our members on social media for their favorite water-guzzling tips.  Try one (or more) of these today:
  • “I put fruit in mine.” – Carol
  • “I love lemon in my water!” – Amanda Marie
  • “Use 1 teaspoon of chunky all natural peanut butter and chew for 30 seconds.  Your mouth will be a desert and drinking water will be welcomed!” – average_joes_training
  • “I drink mine from a Tervis cup (24 oz cup) with a fat straw. That way every time I drink, I get a bigger gulp!” – Brianne
  • “I drink a liter in the gym, and then 3 more through out the day for total of 4 that equals a gallon.” – Sheree
