WHAT IS A “SMART” PLAN?
At the start of the Holiday Weight Loss Challenge we make a plan for our workouts and meals because failure to plan is planning to fail!  Your goal is to create a SMART plan:
  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Realistic
  • Trackable
ASK FOR HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Successful people don’t know everything – but they do know WHO to ask for help when they need it!  We provide 3 levels of assistance for when you need just a little, or a lot, of help:
  1. The fitness staff leads you though your 1st three workouts, to get you comfortable with the machines and equipment.  We’re here to weigh and measure you, help you with questions about new equipment and form, and to guide you as you progress.

  2. Coaches lead large group classes for those who desire more accountability and motivation.  These certified Personal Trainers create new workouts each week specifically for their Coaching clients.
  3. personal training

    Personal Training can be 1-on-1 or in small groups.  Your certified Personal Trainer has 2+ national certifications and  over a year’s experience.  They specialize in creating custom workouts so that you can reach your goals faster – and more safely – than ever before.

Certified NASM and AFAA Personal Trainer. Over 20 years experience. Specializes in weight loss, athletes and women body building and leaning out. Crossfit athlete, trains and competes in Crossfit competitions. Took the L1 Crossfit course and completed the judges course. Enjoys working with all levels and body types and loves seeing her clients get stronger and feel confident.
