  1. PERFECT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS: Everyone can get a great workout in the water!  Your instructor will offer plenty of options to increase/ decrease the level of difficulty so that you can really go at your own pace!
  2. IT’S NOT COMPETITIVE: In the pool, no one can tell if you mess up – they can’t even see your legs!  The pressure’s off so you can focus on your own body & workout instead of trying to keep up with others.
