GET UP OFF YOUR GLUTES:
  • Stand while talking on the phone
  • Waiting for an appointment?  Stand!
  • Stand (or work out) during TV commercials
  • Ditch the drive-thru and walk in
  • Plan walking meetings and let the creativity flow!
  • Try an app or activity monitor (like a fit bit) that counts your steps and aim for 10,000+ each day!
  • Walking at the park is good.  Make it GREAT by adding this quick workout!
