If you keep GOOD FOOD in your fridge,
you will eat GOOD FOOD.
Shop smart: a little bit of planning can help you lose a lot! Make a list before grocery shopping, and stick to it. Try to buy most of your foods from the outer sections of the grocery store (fruits, veggies, dairy, etc) instead of the inner aisles (which feature chips, pop, and other snacks). And, of course, never shop when hungry.
