Extra Memorial Day Motivation:

  • Workout this morning & start your holiday on the right foot.
  • Keep a water bottle handy to keep yourself hydrated ALL the time.
  • Do something ACTIVE today such as hiking, swimming, or running.
  • Hang around a friend who is a ‘health nut’ too – so you guys can motivate each other.
  • Don’t over-indulge…just have a little bit of each of your favorite foods.
  • Bring your own burger!  Take Salmon or Turkey Burgers and wheat buns to cookouts.
  • Wear sunscreen; don’t start summer with a sunburn!
