About your Trainer…

Our Trainers have degrees related to Exercise Physiology and are certified with at least 2 major certifications.  They have at least 2 years Personal Training experience and most importantly, they genuinely care about each individual client.

Fitness Coaches

We know that learning what exercises you need to do, and how to do them properly, can sometimes be difficult and intimidating.  And sometimes Personal Training just isn’t the budget.  This is why we provide Coaching as a fun, affordable – and effective – alternative!

Trainer: Ann Lutz

NASM  Certified CPT AFAA Group TrainerACE Senior Specialist  NASM Corrective Exercise  and NASM Fitness Nutrition specialist .

Ann  Works as a Personal Trainer On staff Here at Victory Fitness and is loved by all her clients.

If you ask Ann what she loves most about her job she would say’ I love watching people achieve a new fitness level, I look forward to working with all my clients, I take pride in designing workouts just for them and enjoy seeing them get results.  In  my spare time when I am not with my family I am also training to improve my Own health and fitness .”

Ann also works as a Ballet Instructor in the evenings.

I’ve been in the fitness industry since I was 19! I’ve learned how to keep fitness in my life at different stages: From working 50 hours a week, to pre and post babies, and now staying fit while having teens and working, I am more passionate than ever about helping you keep fitness a part of your life! Specializing in women’s fitness and seniors. NASM, AFAA and ESA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Aqua and Fall Prevention Specialist.

I Just Love Helping People of all ages and body types reach their goals and become the best version of themselves.  I have been training for Over 20 years , specializing in weight loss, strength and endurance training, body building and functional fitness . What I  Enjoy most is  seeing our clients get stronger , feel confident and accomplish things they never thought possible . I have experience and education in all aspects of Fitness some include : Certified NASM, AFAA resistance training  ,  Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and this winter will complete NASM Nutrition Certificate.
