TRY AN AQUA FITNESS CLASS

According to the recent survey, our members’ favorite classes are in the pool! So if you haven’t tried water aerobics yet, you’re missing out!
Here are 4 Reasons Why You Should Try an Aqua Class:
* GREAT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS *
Regardless of your fitness level, you can get a great workout in the water!
Your instructor will offer plenty of modifications to increase or decrease the difficulty of the moves, and you’re always free to go at your own pace.
* NON-COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT *
In the pool, no one can tell if you mess up and you don’t have to worry that anyone’s judging you. Many members find that they can be more focused on the movements when they aren’t worrying about keeping up with everyone else.
* GREAT FOR CROSS-TRAINING *
Thanks to the buoyancy of water, you can improve your cardiovascular fitness and strengthen your muscles without stressing your joints!
* TRUE FULL-BODY WORKOUT *
Working out in water is also fantastic for your internal organs and lymphatic system.  These extra benefits help explain why members feel so good after class – the body is refreshed rather than exhausted.
