SQUAT SAFELY TO PROTECT YOUR KNEES

If squats hurt your knees, chances are that you’re not doing them correctly.  Check your form in the mirror, or ask a trainer for help, and watch for these common mistakes:
  • Not going low enough
  • Losing your posture
  • Lifting your heels
  • Letting your knees travel past your toes as you lower
