Squats are one of the most efficient exercises as they help you build muscle and burn fat, while promoting mobility and balance.  When done properly, squats can also improve knee stability and strengthen corrective tissue.  Squats should be part of your exercise routine!











Now go try them for yourself!  Use a mirror or ask a trainer to double-check your form, and enjoy the benefits!
