Have you seen the NEW Medicine Balls in your club?

medicineballMedicine Balls are Efficient – instead of focusing on one muscle at a time (like with hand weights), you will use many core muscles to do each exercise!  Try using a medicine ball with exercises that you’re already familiar with such as pushups, lunges or burpees.

Functional Fitness – Medicine ball workouts will help prepare your body for everyday activities, which can help prevent injury.

Safety First – Using proper form will help you achieve your goals without injury.  If you ever have questions about new medicine balls, please ask a trainer.
