DRINK WATER!
If you’re trying to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume. An easy way to keep that calorie count low is by drinking water instead of flavored beverages.
Water is pretty amazing:

It’s calorie-free
- Water helps your body burn fat
- It makes you feel full so that you’re satisfied with eating less
You don’t have to drink ONLY water. You can choose! For example, if today I’m craving coffee, then I’ll drink it – but skip the morning juice and afternoon diet soda. It’s not an all-or-nothing approach, it’s about being aware and making choices that help you reach your goals!
