Studies have shown that spending just 5 minutes outside in the fresh air can improve mood and self-esteem.  Outdoor exercise boosts these benefits, and adds even more:
  • Improved attention and focus – great for a faster, more effective workout!
  • Possible weight loss – being outside inspires activity and those extra movements add up!
  • More energy – just 20 minutes outside can recharge you as much as a cup of coffee!
  • Absorb Vitamin D – from the sunlight.  Vitamin D fights infection, absorbs calcium, and helps maintain a healthy immune system!
