The longer you workout, the better your results will be. Right?
Maybe not. Research is showing that 30 minutes is the new sweet spot! Try one of these ideas:

MAKE A PLAN – If you’re feeling too busy to hit the gym, try scheduling just three 30-minute workouts each week. Arrive armed with a
plan for success, and you’ll be amazed what you can accomplish!
EXPRESS CLASS – Our instructors have designed quick workouts that tighten and tone your whole body while raising your heart rate into the fat burning zone. You’ll get a
total body workout, and get on with your day!
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training (like Tabata) involves alternating between periods of short, intense physical activity and periods of low activity/rest. This can boost your metabolism for 24 to 48 hours post-workout!
30 minute workouts may give better long-term results because they’re easier to fit into your schedule (therefore you can stick with them) or because they allow you to push harder (instead of pacing yourself). Either way, better results from a shorter workout is good news! Try it out and then tell us what you think below!
