DON’T GIVE UP!
So the next time you have one, don’t view it as “the end” or as “failure.” The important thing is that you keep trying. No matter what, get up and try again!
Learn from them.
View your setbacks as learning experiences. What happened that caused you to fall down? Can you plan ahead, adjust your course, and avoid a future stumble?
Be kind to yourself.
Be honest with yourself about what happened and what you need to do. But also have compassion with yourself, just like you would for your gym friends!
If you fall down 100 times, but get up 101, then you ARE a success!
