PROPER BREATHING TECHNIQUES:
CARDIO – Try not to hold your breath or take very shallow breaths as you begin to get tired. Breathe deeply and inhale fresh oxygen to your muscles. Whether you breathe through your nose, mouth, or a combination of the two is personal preference.
WEIGHT TRAINING – To breathe properly during strength training, just remember to exhale during the hard part. Example: exhale when crunching UP into a sit-up, inhale on the way back down. This will give you a bigger squeeze for better results!
