Monday Morning Fit Tip:


Whether you’re preparing for back to school, or just back to another week at the office, packing your lunch is a great idea!  It’s cost effective and a chance for you to really nourish your body.  Need some ideas to get started?  Here you go:






















  1. Plan Ahead.  Purchase and prepare foods that can be packed for lunch the next day.  Try these recipes.
  2. Pack ahead.  Whether using leftovers or not, prepare lunch the night before.  Mornings are just too busy!
  3. Freeze it!  Freeze yogurts and smoothies overnight, and they’ll act like an ice-pack for the rest of your lunch.
  4. Purchase re-usable containers. They’re quick, easy and eco-friendly!
