RE-THINK YOUR FITNESS GOALS

Why do we aim low?  Some people make create goals for themselves but doubt their ability to make those goals happen.  Maybe they really want to lose 30 pounds but don’t believe in their ability to do so, so they just try for 10.  They’re setting themselves up for disappointment by ignoring their real goal.  They’ll never know if they could’ve lost 30 because they lacked the self-confidence to try.

It sounds hard to aim high!  We have fitness goals and dreams, but it takes hard work to make them happen.  And hard work is, well, hard.  But those who really try will often look back and think, that wasn’t so hard!  Then they’ll wish they’d done it years ago…

Need help?  Do you have a goal but you’re not really sure  where to start?  That’s what our trainers are here for!  Ask for help whenever you need it – how to use a new machine, how to strengthen a certain area of your body, to get measured & chart progress, etc.
