We’re kicking off National Nutrition Month with a Challenge:


Which one is healthier?
Spinach has more Vitamin A, fiber, protein, calcium and iron.  However, Kale is a superfood when it comes to Vitamins K and C, and is lower in calories.  Both contain healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
It’s a tie!
You need nutrients from BOTH of these heart-healthy foods in a well-balanced diet.  When planning your meals, remember to eat all colors of the rainbow!
