My favorite instructor left, and several class members thought I could teach, so I tried – and found that I loved it!
Turbo Kick is my absolute favorite workout; it’s not difficult to do, and works your entire body while making you feel extra strong! Boot Camp runs a real close second though!

When I get bored with my workout…I just start making stuff up – whatever feels good!
Dance classes have a mishmash of stuff that makes me feel good. I like trying routines from other fitness professionals – if it looks fun AND challenging, I’ll try it!
