Group Fitness Classes!
Many of my morning ladies (pictured above) have been working out with me since the very beginning! Classes make my workout feel like a party – time flies, and before I know it, we’re done. I love my ladies!

![]() Zucchini cooked on the grill!
It’s quick and easy – and delicious! Slice your zucchini into long strips, or into little chips. I like to season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese, then drizzle with olive oil. Cook on foil over the grill. Enjoy with marinara sauce for an extra treat!
