WEAR GOOD SHOES

Most running shoes last about 350 miles.  If you’ve been hitting the gym (and the treadmill) all winter, chances are, you’re due for a new pair!
 

WHICH KIND IS BEST FOR YOU?

  • WALKING SHOES are designed for the heel-toe motion of walking, but should not be worn while running.
  • COURT SHOES are good for basketball and tennis players with a lot of mid-foot support.
  • RUNNING SHOES are great for running, but not for lateral movements.
  • CROSS TRAINERS are very versatile, offering cushioning, durability, and stability for many different activities.
