  1. THE EARLY BIRD GETS … FIT! We know it’s hard, but wake up early and get your workout done & over with before your day starts so that nothing else can get in the way!
  2. LUNCH HOUR: Can you power walk with a friend, run to the gym for a 30 min workout, or do yoga in your office?  Then eat lunch at your desk – don’t skip a meal!
  3. WEEKEND WARRIORS: Treat yourself to a long workout on Saturday mornings to start your weekend right!  Busy running kids to activities?  Go for a quick run while they’re warming up!
  4. SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING: On extremely busy days, have a back-up exercise plan ready!
  5. BE EFFICIENT: You have enough going on – let a Coach take all the guesswork and wasted time out of your workouts.  Just show up with your water and be ready to go!
