Do you find yourself waking up every morning and stepping on the scale to check your weight? Do you measure your weight loss progress strictly by the number that you see on the scale? It’s important to know that tracking each pound may not be the best way to track your progress.

Knowing how much you weigh tells you very little about your health and any progress you’re making towards your fitness goals. Two people can weigh the same and have very different body compositions, as well as health risks. Knowing your body fat percentage paints a much more complete picture of your overall health and allows you to better determine how to reach your fitness and health goals.

Here at Victory Fitness Center, we offer InBody Tests that allow you to see what your weight really represents! The InBody Test is a non-invasive test that measures your body composition in terms of muscle, fat and water. In a few seconds you’ll:

  • Have a better understanding of your weight
  • Be better prepared to set your goals
  • Be able to more accurately measure your strength
  • Track your progress

Once you know your baseline fat and muscle compositions, you can continuously take the InBody Test to more accurately monitor and track the changes going on in your body!

An InBody Test is typically $30 here at the club, but we know many people are trying to get back on track after gaining the “quarantine 15”, so we’re offering half off scans (Only $15!!) and free re-scans! When you take an InBody Test, you also get a print out of your test results and a personal, free consultation with a Victory Fitness Center trainer to discuss your results and plan next steps to improve your test results.
