Monday Morning Fit Tip:


While it’s normal to compare yourself to other people (ex: wanting Beyoncé’s butt or Carrie Underwood’s legs), it isn’t very realistic if you don’t have the same genetics and body type.
You are who you are – and

Your fitness goals should focus on how you want to improve and honor the body that you already have.
