Outdoor Boot Camp

The Outdoor Boot Camp Program is a 12 week class on Saturdays at the North Location during warm weather.  Challenge yourself  with 1 full hour of high-intensity cardio and weight training.  Nothing is off limits as we combine functional body weight training exercises using tires, ropes, TRX, and more!

Existing Members – $120.00

Non-Members can participate ($20.00/class) – Call 614-785-1577 to reserve a spot.

Classes are taught by Dawn Wilson, Certified Personal Trainer.
