Meal Planning and You

Most of us know the difficulties involved in planning your own meals, and creating a personal strategy for loosing weight. Many people object to meal planning for the obvious reasons:
- Let’s face it, it’s tough to stick to your guns and actually do the meal plan.
- Suddenly an event happens in your week that throws the entire plan into disarray.
- Sometimes, the best weight loss strategy, may not be the most cost-effective strategy.
