WORKOUT ANYWHERE!

Whether you’re on vacation, at the club, or headed to a dorm room – you can use your bodyweight for a very effective workout!  Try these 8 Bodyweight Exercises today:
  1. High Knees
  2. Butt Kicks
  3. Jump Squats
  4. “T” Push-ups (do a push-up, then lift one arm for side plank)
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Down Dog to Up Dog
  7. Leg Lifts (if these bother your back, try alternating legs!)
  8. Superman
Try each exercise for 30 seconds, then take a break after Superman.  How many rounds can you do?
