Fit Tip: Go to the Park!

parkworkoutAs the summer sun calls you outside…

it gets harder and harder to make it to the gym 4 times a week like you know you should!  So what can you do?  Come in for a quick 4+Core workout or your favorite classes, then on your off days, get a great workout outside!

Park Workout:
Walk, jog, bike, or run to your local park.  Once there, stop at each bench for 20 push-ups, step-ups, knee-ups, crunches, or tricep dips.  Then jog to the next bench and repeat.  You can add in any exercises you like along the way!
