Monday Morning Fit Tip:
Find Your BFF (Best Fitness Friend)

  • Having a BFF (Best Fitness Friend) keeps you accountable.  Some days you’re tired and would just rather be at home.  That would be easy to do if someone wasn’t waiting for you!  And on those days your partner isn’t feeling it, you’ll inspire them!
  • Motivation – At the club you can inspire each other to work harder and to try new exercises or classes.
  • Choose someone with a similar fitness level: You can workout together, progress at a similar pace, and encourage each other as you both become more fit.
  • Got Goals?  Choose someone with similar goals.  If you are trying to lose weight and your BFF is trying to gain weight, it may become difficult to workout together.  This could lead to frustration and make you more likely to give up.
  • Make sure that you and your BFF have things in common outside of the gym. Pick someone whose company you enjoy so that you look forward to your workouts.  Make fitness fun!

***Ask for a special guest pass at your club and bring your friends for FREE all month!  Each time you bring a guest, you will be entered to win the CRUISE FOR 2!  See club for details.
