Zumba

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’re getting fit and your energy levels are soaring!  It’s easy to follow, effective and totally exhilarating!

Tabata

The Tabata workout is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout with intervals that last only four minutes!

  • Workout hard for 20 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Complete eight rounds

You’ll burn lots of fat, strengthen your muscles, give your metabolism a HUGE boost, and get a fantastic TOTAL body workout – all in only 30 minutes!

Aqua Fit

Join us in the pool! Aqua Fit is great for all fitness levels!  You have the option of low to high intensity aerobic exercise for a wonderful total body workout!
