Tabata Boot Camp

Tabata Boot Camp is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout with intervals that last only four minutes!

  • Workout hard for 20 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Complete eight rounds

It’s simple, but challenging!  You’ll burn lots of fat, strengthen your muscles, give your metabolism a HUGE boost, and get a fantastic TOTAL body workout!

Step 360

During this 30 minute interval workout, you’ll rotate between 30 seconds of high-intensity cardio and 30 seconds of balance and core training for a quick, but really effective, total body workout!
