PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!

Dance Party!

DANCE PARTY tonight to celebrate the NEW Group Fitness Room!  Join us for Hip Hop Hustle, Line Dance, Zumba, and more!  Come for a little bit, or stay the entire time :)

Boot Camp

A little bit of everything, to give you a whole LOT of results!  This fitness boot camp class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training for a total body fat-burning workout!

Yoga

This fitness-based yoga class is designed for people of every fitness level to:

improve strength
increase flexibility
work on their balance.

We’re meeting on Saturdays in November (from Nov 1-Nov 22).  Yoga is a great way to start your weekend!

Zumba

One more round of Zumba to finish up the Fitness on a Mission INK PARTY!!!!  Wear pink to this super-fun Zumba class with Mindy!!   Zumba is an easy-to-follow dance workout set to high-energy Latin music and international beats.  It’s fun, effective, and totally exhilarating!

Boot Camp

Celebrating Fitness on a Mission with a PINK PARTY!!!!  Wear pink to tonight’s Boot Camp with Erin!!!This fitness boot camp class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training for a total body fat-burning workout!  We’ll also try the WOD Challenge (Workout of the Day) together to see if we can beat Kathie’s numbers!
