Why do you enjoy Coaching?
I love watching people achieve a new fitness level!
I Coach many morning sessions at Victory West, and I look forward to these every day! As a Coach, I get to design an intense workout to challenge members at their current fitness level.

My grandmother had a bit of a rounded back…
and I want to prevent having the same issues. Many people have tight chest muscles and overstretched back muscles. Rowing helps strengthen the back and it improves your posture.
What’s your favorite healthy snack?
Apples boost my energy and they’re easy to take on the road.
