THINK ABOUT YOUR GOALS…
Write down exactly what you’d like to accomplish by Labor Day.  This could be eating clean 5 days/week, running a 5k, or being able to touch your toes without bending your knees…  whatever you’ve been working on!

COUNT IT DOWN
Whether it’s a reminder on your phone, scheduled in your planner, or post-it’s on the wall – have a visual reminder that you’re working towards your goal.
